Bookings
A booking is confirmed once a completed booking form has been received and the agreed booking retainer has been paid.
Booking Retainer
A £75 booking retainer is required to secure an event date.
The retainer may be refunded at the discretion of Sweetalicious trading as Pic Me Photo Pods where exceptional circumstances apply or where the cancelled date is successfully rebooked.
Payment Terms
Full payment must be received no later than four weeks before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring:
Suitable access to the venue
Adequate operating space
Safe operating conditions
Suitable power supply where required
Equipment
Clients remain responsible for guest behaviour around equipment.
Any loss, theft or malicious damage may result in additional charges.
Outdoor Events
Outdoor operation is subject to weather conditions and site suitability.
Cancellation
More than 90 days before the event:
Retainer may be refunded at our discretion.
28–90 days before the event:
Retainer normally retained.
Within 28 days:
Full balance may remain payable if the date cannot be rebooked.
Photography & Marketing
Photographs and content created during events may be used for marketing purposes unless clients request otherwise before their event.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control including severe weather, venue closure, power failure, transport disruption or government restrictions.
