One of Bartley Lodge's standout features is its beautiful outdoor ceremony space. Set beneath a magnificent mature oak tree, Charlotte and Dominic exchanged their vows surrounded by family, friends and the peaceful beauty of the New Forest. The rustic wooden arbour, dressed with soft white and sage green draping, created a wonderfully natural setting for the start of their married life.
The Reception at Bartley Lodge
After the outdoor ceremony, guests made their way into Bartley Lodge's elegant reception room. Rich wood panelling, sparkling chandeliers and beautifully dressed tables created a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the wedding breakfast. It was the perfect setting for family and friends to relax, celebrate and look forward to an evening of entertainment.
The Team Behind the Day
A wedding of this quality doesn't happen by chance. Throughout the day, wedding planner Millie, supported by her assistant Emma, ensured everything ran seamlessly. Before the wedding, they even provided us with a detailed floor plan showing exactly where our photo booth should be set up. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our setup quick, straightforward and stress-free, allowing us to be ready well before guests arrived.
From the outdoor ceremony to the evening reception, every detail was carefully managed, allowing Charlotte and Dominic to relax and enjoy every moment. It was a pleasure working alongside such a professional team, whose organisation helped create a truly memorable celebration.

As the evening celebrations got underway, our luxury photo booth was ready to welcome guests. Positioned just outside the reception room, it became a natural meeting point where family and friends could capture fun memories throughout the night.
