Something Different for Crowcon’s Summer Party
Crowcon Detection Instruments had used a photo booth at their annual summer party for several years, but this time they wanted something a little different. Rather than simply supplying another traditional booth, we recommended our 360 experience to give guests something fresh, interactive and fun.
A Summer Party at The Cosener’s House
The event took place at The Cosener’s House in Abingdon, with around 100 guests enjoying a relaxed summer celebration. The venue’s gardens and traditional interior gave the party a great atmosphere, with entertainment spread across the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Why We Recommended the 360
Crowcon wanted something different from the traditional photo booth they’d used in previous years. The 360 gave guests a more interactive experience, creating fun slow-motion videos they could enjoy and share straight away.
It worked brilliantly for the relaxed summer-party atmosphere and gave everyone something new to get involved with.
The 360 Experience
Our 360 setup included the platform, lighting, red ropes and gold posts, creating a dedicated experience for guests to enjoy throughout the event.
With plenty of props on hand, guests could jump on in groups, have some fun and create their own videos to share straight away.
Guests Getting Involved
Once the party got going, the 360 quickly became part of the entertainment. Guests could jump on, grab a prop and create their own video, with plenty of group attempts as the afternoon went on.
Having the experience set up and ready throughout the event meant guests could get involved whenever they fancied, rather than everything happening at once.
More Than Just the 360
Crowcon's summer party was about giving everyone a chance to relax, socialise and enjoy the day. With entertainment across the venue and gardens, the 360 fitted naturally into the event rather than being the sole focus.
It gave guests another activity to dip in and out of throughout the afternoon, alongside everything else happening around the venue.
