We were delighted to return to the stunning Botleigh Grange Hotel for the wedding of Tracey and Paul Jury.
Having previously worked at several school proms at the venue, this was our first opportunity to experience Botleigh Grange as a wedding venue—and it certainly did not disappoint.
From the elegant ceremony setting to the spacious function room and relaxed outdoor courtyard, the entire day was filled with love, laughter and happiness. The venue team were fantastic throughout, helping to ensure everything ran smoothly for the couple, their guests and every supplier involved.
For the celebration, Pic Me supplied our luxury photo booth experience, attended wedding guest book, illuminated Mr & Mrs letters and five-tier chocolate fountain.
A Beautiful Setting for the Wedding
Botleigh Grange provided a spacious and elegant setting for Tracey and Paul’s wedding day.
The main function room was beautifully dressed in soft white and sage green, with floral arrangements, chair sashes and a long aisle leading through the centre of the room. The floral arch created a lovely entrance and framed the room perfectly.
With one of the largest function rooms in the local area, there was plenty of space for the ceremony, dining, dancing and evening entertainment without the celebration ever feeling crowded.
Indoor and Outdoor Wedding Spaces
Botleigh Grange offers a wonderful combination of spacious indoor areas and relaxed outdoor spaces.
During the daytime, Tracey and Paul’s guests were able to gather in the courtyard, enjoy the sunshine and spend time together before returning inside for the evening celebrations.
Having both areas available helped the day flow naturally, giving guests somewhere quieter to sit and relax while the main function room remained ready for the photo booth, chocolate fountain and dancing.
A Venue Team That Went Above and Beyond
The team at Botleigh Grange were fantastic throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble, and they worked incredibly hard to support Tracey and Paul as well as every supplier involved in the wedding.
We were given excellent access during the week leading up to the celebration, allowing us to complete our main setup two days before the wedding. Our equipment could then remain safely in place until we returned the following day to dismantle and collect everything.
This meant guests never saw suppliers carrying equipment through the venue or packing away while the party was still in full swing. The celebrations continued until 2am without ever feeling as though the evening was being brought to a close.
Evening Entertainment and Photo Booth Fun
As the evening celebrations began, our open-style photo booth quickly became a popular part of the party.
Guests could choose from our collection of fun props before creating group photographs with friends and family. With unlimited visits and instant prints throughout the evening, everyone could return as many times as they wished.
The spacious function room meant the photo booth fitted comfortably alongside the dance floor and other entertainment without the area feeling crowded.
A Wedding Guest Book Filled With Memories
Alongside the photo booth, we provided our fully attended wedding guest book service.
An additional copy of each photo was placed into Tracey and Paul’s guest book, with guests encouraged to add their own messages, congratulations and memories beside the pictures.
By the end of the evening, the newlyweds had a completed keepsake filled with photographs and personal messages from the people who shared their special day.
Illuminated Mr & Mrs Letters
We also supplied our 4ft illuminated Mr & Mrs letters, creating a striking feature within the main function room.
Positioned beside the dance floor, the letters looked beautiful throughout the reception and added even more atmosphere once the evening celebrations began.
Their colour-changing lighting worked perfectly alongside the DJ setup and created a fantastic backdrop as guests danced late into the night.
A Sweet Treat for the Evening
Our five-tier chocolate fountain gave Tracey and Paul’s guests something extra to enjoy during the evening reception.
Served with a selection of delicious dipping treats, it proved popular throughout the night and offered guests a sweet break between dancing and visits to the photo booth.
Together with the illuminated letters and photo booth experience, the chocolate fountain helped create a complete evening entertainment package for the celebration.
